Lisa's Nightmare: Part 1

Lisa is a female in her 20s who recently bought a nice little house, it is pretty nice and suits her needs. But little does she know who else resides in it as well...

Lisa has finished cleaning the dishes and the rest of her house duties for the day. Lisa hears scratching in the walls again, that's the 4th time she's heard it this week. She also has been hearing other noises like: banging, breathing, and tapping. It's almost 9 PM and shrugs off her paranoia and figures that she needs to get some rest. She brushes her teeth and puts on her nightgown for a more comfortable sleep. She rests her head softly on her pillow and drifts off into slumber.
She wakes to the sight of her door wide open. That's unusual... She thought. She usually closes the door at night and remembered doing so tonight. She gets up to investigate, when she walks over to the door she see her kitchen lights on. Lisa found this odd also, she never leaves lights on when she's sleeping. She only thought of one thing. There's someone in my house...

Person: Yeah, it sure is.
Me: The clouds are so-
Person: Whoo! It's a bit chilly out here.
Me: Yeah... I guess it is.
Person: Sorry am I interrupting you?
Me: No you-
Person: Because I can let you talk if you want.
Me: That would be-
Person: I don't want you to feel uncomfortable because I keep babbling on and on.
Me: ...Well I-
Person: What? I'm sorry, I wasn't listening.
Me: Never mind... *sighs and walks away*
Person: Yeah, it sure is.

Person: Sorry am I interrupting you?
Me: No you-
Person: Because I can let you talk if you want.
